We don’t have a brick and mortar store, but we have a functional and easy to use online store that is open 24/7.

What are is your standard order processing time?
Orders with in stock items are processed within 1-3 days.
Orders with out of stock items take from 4-8 weeks to process.
Orders with both in stock and out of stock items will be split and the standard order processing times will be followed for each.
What is the standard shipping charges and handling time?
Free shipping and handling service includes USPS® Domestic Priority Mail® and First-Class Mail® services that take from 2-3 business days.
International Orders shipping services includes Priority Mail International® that takes from 6-10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are applied to all international orders.
What are the forms of payment accepted?
We use the PayPal Payments service that allows us to accept credit cards and Paypal on our website.
PayPal payments, PayPal Credit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What is your Exchange, Return, and Refund policy?
We will accept returns and exchange all unused items within 30 days of the purchase.
We will be happy to exchange your unused items for another style, color, or size. Exchange shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Reshipping charges will be applied on exchanged items at a rate of $6.95.
Refunds can be issued within 30 days from the shipping date. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for the amount of the returned item.
What is your warranty on your products?
We offer a limited warranty of 60 days on all our products. We inspect every item before shipping but offer to replace rarely defective items at no additional cost.
